Instructions:
In the 'ashprojects' directory, open the file 'newsconfig.php'. Fill in the 
missing information for your database passwords and also all relevant variables.

If you are upgrading, delete ALL the files you had previously for ashnews and replace
them with all these new ones.  Lots of things have changed.

Upload files
Upload all files to your server, using your favorite FTP program.

Optional: If you want to use file attachments, you'll need to add write permissions 
to the 'images/newsattach/' directory. This is needed in order to allow PHP to write 
uploaded files into that directory. The directory should be chmodded to 777. Same goes 
for your smiley and avatar directory if you want to add smiley and avatar images.

Setup Database/Upgrade Database
Run the install script by going to www.yoursite.com/ashprojects/installnews.php or wherever you 
placed the install script.  
Note: you MUST fill in all your database information in the 'newsconfig.php' file before 
running this install script!

After installing, make sure to delete the install script from your server!

To include your news in your site, the page you include it into must be a .php file.  Simply put the
following code where you want to have ashnews show up:
<?php include('ashnews.php'); ?>
This assumes that the ashnews.php file is in the same directory as the page you are including it into.
